Deblín is a small market town located in the Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of Czechia, about 21 kilometers northwest of Brno.
It is situated in the Křižanov Highlands with the highest nearby point being the hill V Koutě at 511 meters above sea level. The town was first mentioned in historical records in 1173, notable for an early castle with a Romanesque-Gothic basilica that once stood there.
Today, Deblín has a population of around 1,100 people and features the Church of Saint Nicholas as its main architectural landmark, which reflects a blend of Gothic and Baroque styles with some Romanesque elements. The town has no railways or major roads passing directly through it, preserving its quiet rural character.
