Dhërmi is a picturesque village in Vlorë County, southern Albania, set on the slopes of the Ceraunian Mountains about 42 kilometers south of Vlorë and roughly as far north of Sarandë. Known for its whitewashed stone houses and blue-domed churches, the old village sits about 200 meters above sea level, while below, an area of modern resorts lines a long stretch of beach on the Ionian Sea.

Dhërmi’s coastline is famous for clear blue waters, dramatic mountain backdrops, and nearby beaches such as Drimadhes and Palasa, making it a popular summer destination. The area draws both domestic and international visitors with its lively beach atmosphere, bars, and fresh seafood restaurants, but also offers quieter, more secluded spots for those seeking relaxation.

The population traditionally includes both ethnic Greeks and Albanians, with people speaking a mix of local Greek dialect and Albanian. Dhërmi is one of the first major villages reached after crossing the scenic Llogara Pass from the north and stands out for combining traditional mountain charm with vibrant coastal tourism.
