Doubravice nad Svitavou Castle dates back to the 13th century and was built by the Lords of Doubravice.

It is located near the town of Doubravice nad Svitavou, situated on a rocky spur above the Nešporka Stream. The castle originally featured Romanesque architecture and today only remnants of the foundation walls and a trench remain. It was an important fortification in the area but fell into disrepair and was recorded as derelict by 1528 during the ownership of the Lords of Sovinec. The site holds cultural heritage significance and is a historical monument, though it is now largely in ruins.

The surrounding village itself has historical elements such as a Baroque church built on the site of an earlier Romanesque temple and other old structures indicative of its medieval origins.
