Fortaleza da Mota de Ois is a medieval defensive structure in Ois, Allariz municipality, Ourense province, Galicia, northwestern Spain, strategically positioned on a hill overlooking the Arnoia River valley.

Dating to the 13th-14th centuries with possible earlier Moorish origins from the 8th century, it functioned as a frontier fortress during the Reconquista, featuring robust walls, towers, and communal buildings that once housed military, religious, and civilian life amid ongoing border conflicts.

Now reduced to low ruins serving as an archaeological site, it preserves rock-cut graves and foundations evoking daily medieval activities like winemaking, offering visitors panoramic views and insights into Christian-Muslim territorial struggles before abandonment in the 18th century.
