Fortaleza de Ledesma is a 12th-century medieval castle integrated into the well-preserved granite walls of Ledesma town in Salamanca province, Castile and León, Spain, initially ordered by Ferdinand II of León.

Its irregular trapezoidal layout features ashlar stone construction with two prominent towers—one frustoconical and one polygonal—flanking the southern portal, a northern gate bearing the town's coat of arms, and internal Gothic rooms plus a complex water channel system uncovered in 1980s excavations.

Reformed extensively in the late 15th century by Counts Beltrán and Francisco de la Cueva, it defended vulnerable southwestern approaches alongside the town's eight original gates (one surviving as Puerta de San Nicolás), reflecting centuries of Reconquista border fortifications.
