Horákovský Hrad is a nearly vanished medieval castle near Mokrá-Horákov in South Moravia, Czechia.
It was probably built in the 15th century and was already described as abandoned by 1464, so today only small ruins, ditches, and traces of stonework remain on the wooded ridge above Mariánské údolí. The nearby trail sign at the site marks the walking route rather than a major castle, so it is mainly a quiet stop for hikers and local history enthusiasts.
