Inampulugan Island is an island in the Philippines under the jurisdiction of Sibunag in the province of Guimaras, located off the coast of Guimaras in the West Visayas region.

The island has an approximate area of 9.95 square kilometers (3.84 square miles) with a coastline of about 18.42 kilometers (11.45 miles), and its elevation is approximately 38 meters (124.67 feet) above sea level. Major marine waterbodies adjacent to the island include the Sulu Sea and Panay Gulf, and the island is situated at coordinates 10.4584°N, 122.7062°E.

Known as the "Mother of All Islands," Inampulugan is described as a hidden paradise and true gem featuring three mountains on its landscape, giving it a distinctive appearance like a crocodile lugging mountains on its back. The island is home to the Costa Aguada Island Resort, a 2-star beachfront resort with 30 rooms that offers a private beach area, outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views, terrace, shared lounge, billiards table, karaoke, and restaurant serving breakfast.
