Jegunovce Fortress, located near the village of Jegunovce in North Macedonia's Polog Valley, is a lesser-known historical ruin listed among the country's medieval fortifications, likely dating to the Ottoman or earlier Byzantine era as a defensive outpost guarding regional trade routes.

Positioned strategically in the municipality that grew post-WWII around the Jugohrom chromium plant, the fortress reflects the area's turbulent history through South Slavic settlements, Ottoman conquests from the late 14th century, and Yugoslav industrialization.
