Zámek Kamenice nad Lipou in Czechia was originally a 13th-century castle that was converted into a Renaissance mansion between 1580 and 1583, featuring a courtyard with arcades and a garden.

A Baroque entrance tower was added in 1744, and in the early 19th century, the castle acquired its current Late Neoclassical appearance during renovations by the Geymüller family, who were the last private owners before World War II. The castle is surrounded by an English landscape garden notable for its ancient linden tree, estimated to be 700–800 years old, a symbol of the town.

After serving as a children's sanatorium from 1945 to 1998, it came under the care of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague, where it underwent extensive restoration and now houses exhibitions on locksmithing, garden ceramics, and historical toys, while also preserving its Renaissance and Gothic architectural features. This chateau remains a significant cultural and historical landmark with rich ties to both local heritage and decorative arts.
