Krasikov Castle, also known as Švamberk Castle, is a romantic medieval castle ruin located on Krasíkov Hill near the village of Kokašice in western Czechia.
It was founded in the second half of the 13th century by the powerful Lords of Švamberk and became the center of their family estates for centuries. The castle played a role in the Hussite Wars and other regional conflicts. It suffered several fires, including a major one in 1644, and after the Thirty Years' War it was never fully rebuilt, gradually becoming a ruin.
Today, visitors can explore the remains of the castle walls and tower while enjoying views of the surrounding countryside. The site also includes the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, built on the former castle grounds, making Krasikov one of the most picturesque historical landmarks in the Tachov region.
