Krušovice is a small village in the Central Bohemian Region of Czechia, located about 8 kilometers north of Rakovník and 40 kilometers west of Prague, situated mainly in the Džbán range with the highest point at 498 meters above sea level.

First mentioned in the 13th century, it was once owned by various lesser nobles until Emperor Rudolf II acquired it in 1583 to unite it with the Křivoklát estate. Krušovice is famously known for its brewery, established in 1581 and one of the oldest in the Czech Republic, producing the well-known Krušovice beer that was historically supplied to Prague Castle. Over time, the village has experienced growth and development, with the brewery playing a central role in its economy and cultural identity.

The village features a large Baroque castle built around 1711 by architect František Maxmilián Kaňka, accompanied by the Chapel of the Holy Trinity from the 1730s, serving as significant landmarks. Today, Krušovice remains a place rich in history with a strong connection to Czech brewing tradition.
