Litvínov Castle is a Baroque chateau in the town of Litvínov, Czechia, rebuilt between 1732 and 1743 by architect František Maxmilián Kaňka on the site of an earlier fortress owned by the Waldstein family.
This four-winged structure surrounds a square courtyard with annexes and pavilions, set amid an 8-hectare English-style park established in 1878, serving as a key cultural landmark near the Ore Mountains. Used for economic purposes from the late 19th century, it housed a museum since 1964.
Displaying regional history, Renaissance tombstones from 1542-1571, and now functions as a multifunctional venue for exhibitions, events, and tourism after town ownership since 2006.
