The Makkah Clock Tower Museum, located within the iconic Makkah Royal Clock Tower in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is a science and astronomy museum situated near the top of one of the world’s tallest buildings.

Opened in 2019, the museum offers visitors a unique journey through the subjects of timekeeping, astronomy, space, and the history of the famous clock tower itself. Spread across several floors, the museum features exhibits on ancient methods of measuring time, the relationship between the Earth, Moon, and Sun, and the wonders of the universe.

It also explains the design and construction of the tower and showcases the scientific significance of the giant clock that overlooks the holy city. One of the museum’s highlights is its observation areas, which provide spectacular panoramic views of Al Masjid Al Haram and the surrounding city. Combining science, history, and faith, the Makkah Clock Tower Museum has become one of Makkah’s most distinctive cultural attractions.
