Constructed in the 1660s and 1670s by nobleman Gustaf Soop to designs by renowned architect Nicodemus Tessin the Elder, it features grand extensions, wings, and pavilions transforming an earlier medieval estate into one of Sweden's most impressive 17th-century palaces.
With roots stretching to the Middle Ages, the privately owned property preserves its historical architecture amid serene countryside, though access is limited.
