Dating back to the 14th century and granted manor status in 1572 by King Johan III to Esbjörn Pedersson Lilliehöök, it features a four-story main building with two Carolingian-style wings added in the 1730s, plus 18th-century interiors including tile stoves, wall paintings, and moldings.
Owned by numerous Swedish noble families and an important center for Duke Karl (later Charles IX), the privately owned estate preserves its layered architectural heritage amid scenic coastal landscapes.
