Mitrowicz Castle is a Renaissance and Baroque château located in Koloděje nad Lužnicí, near Týn nad Vltavou in South Bohemia.

The original residence was built in 1565 as a fortified noble manor beside the Lužnice River, and it was later expanded and transformed into its present Baroque form during the 18th century under the Wratislav family of Mitrowicz, from whom the castle takes its name. The château is especially valued for its beautifully preserved frescoes, historic interiors, and the Chapel of St. Anne.

It is surrounded by a landscaped park and occupies a picturesque riverside setting near the confluence of the Lužnice and Vltava rivers. After periods of decline and nationalization in the 20th century, the castle underwent extensive restoration. Today it is a protected cultural monument and serves as a venue for guided tours, accommodation, weddings, and cultural events, allowing visitors to experience both its history and restored elegance.
