Museo Fortaleza de San Paio de Narla is a medieval fortress in Castronela, Xiá parish, Friol municipality, Lugo province, Galicia, northwestern Spain, built on an ancient castro site at the confluence of the Río Grande and Río Pequeño, also known as Torre de Xiá or Torre de Friol.

First documented in the 14th century with likely origins in the 12th or 13th, it was nearly destroyed during the 15th-century Irmandiño revolts, rebuilt in the 16th by Vasco de Seixas, owned by families like Campomanes and Novo, acquired by Lugo Provincial Council in 1939, and transformed into a historical and ethnographic museum in 1983 housing collections from Lugo's museum.

The structure features a central body flanked by the Torre del Homenaje keep and a large turret, plus an 18th-century exterior chapel with a 19th-century altarpiece of San Paio, offering visitors exhibits that journey through Galician rural history and ethnography.
