Palacio de los Valdés, also known as Palacio de Valdés Salas, is a 16th-century sober stone palace in Salas, Asturias, northern Spain, connected by a heraldic bridge to the adjacent 15th-century Torre de la Villa castle.
Birthplace of Fernando de Valdés Salas, the influential inquisitor who founded the University of Oviedo, it features a trapezoidal porticoed courtyard with wooden columns and balustrades, flanked by towers and the annexed Chapel of Nuestra Señora de la Calle.
Restored as a hotel-restaurant, it houses the Valdés-Salas Foundation, University of Oviedo extension, and Pre-Romanesque Museum displaying 10th-century Asturian artifacts.
