Pazo Torre de Xunqueiras is a 13th-century fortified manor house in Xunqueiras, A Pobra do Caramiñal municipality, A Coruña province, Galicia, northwestern Spain.

Originally built by Fernán Martín de Xunqueiras as a military stronghold, it survived partial destruction during the 1467 Irmandiño revolts, with only the tall tower del homenaje featuring a defensive talud base, narrow saeteras slits, and corner garitas remaining from its medieval phase. 

Rebuilt and expanded from the 15th century by figures like Esteban de Xunqueiras who earned lordship over O Caramiñal for aiding Granada's conquest and later Gómez Pérez das Mariñas, it evolved into a Renaissance-Baroque pazo with a central cloister, mixtilinear arches, heraldic shields, and noble additions linked to the Medinaceli house and Gasset family, including ties to writer Valle-Inclán.

Declared a Monumento Histórico-Artístico in 1981, the privately owned complex now hosts events and dining while preserving its layered architectural history amid coastal Barbanza landscapes.
