Pnětluky is a small municipality and village situated in the Louny District of the Ústí nad Labem Region in the Czech Republic.

The first written record of Pnětluky dates back to 1250. Historically, the village was part of the Pravda estate, which included Pnětluky and nearby Konětopy, both owned by noble families such as the Kolowrat and later the Lobkowicz family. Pravda Castle, built around 1500, was an important fortress in the area, but it was eventually abandoned and became a ruin.

During the Thirty Years' War, the village suffered significant devastation, including damage to its medieval church. Pnětluky belongs to the historical region of Bohemia and has maintained its rural character with a small population of about 400 people. Its history and heritage are closely linked to the noble estates and castles that once dominated the landscape.
