Schloss Trpísty is a late Baroque manor house located in Trpísty, Czech Republic, built between 1723 and 1729 for Count Prosper Anton Josef of Sinzendorf, likely designed by architect Jakub Auguston.

The castle is distinguished by its unique layout featuring two pavilions connected by large oval rooms that extend from the east and west facades. Its interior is lavishly decorated with allegorical Baroque frescoes and a grand frescoed vaulted ceiling depicting the Sinzendorf family and historic Ottoman Court scenes. The castle is surrounded by a large English-style formal garden that houses a rich collection of rare trees, including a 19th-century female Ginkgo tree.

The estate is one of the last well-preserved examples of 18th-century Bohemian country houses kept within its original landscape, free from industrialization or communist-era destruction, and is considered highly valuable historically and architecturally.​
