State Castle Kunětická Hora, located near Ráby in the Czech Republic, is a historic castle situated on a distinctive hill that has been inhabited since prehistoric times. The castle complex dates back to the mid-14th century and played a significant role during the Hussite Wars in the early 15th century as a strategic stronghold.

In 1491, it was acquired by Vilém of Pernštejn, who transformed it in the late Gothic style with two towers and a moat; his family continued the renovations in Renaissance style. The castle was besieged multiple times during the Thirty Years' War and was eventually burned by Swedish troops. After remaining a ruin for centuries, it was purchased and restored beginning in the early 20th century by the Pardubice Museum Society, with renovations completed in 1996.

Today, the castle is a museum showcasing Renaissance murals, including the oldest known Renaissance mural in Bohemia, and hosts cultural events such as music and theater performances. Its large fortifications, including bulwarks and rondelets, make it architecturally significant, offering visitors panoramic views of the surrounding region.
