Tolštejn Castle, also known as Tollenstein, is a medieval castle ruin located near Jiřetín pod Jedlovou in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The castle was built in the 13th century, with the first historical mention dating to 1337. It was constructed to protect the important Prague trade route and served as a forward fortress during regional conflicts, notably during Hussite wars. The castle changed hands several times among noble families, with significant involvement from the influential Berka of Dubá family in the 15th century.
