The Torre de Doña Blanca forms part of the extensive walled enclosure known as the Barrio de Doña Blanca within the Castillo de Molina de Aragón fortress in Molina de Aragón, Guadalajara province, Castile-La Mancha, Spain.

Named after Doña Blanca Alfonso, the 13th-century lady of Molina who governed independently and housed an entire neighborhood inside during her rule, this area included the Romanesque church of Santa María del Collado—now reduced to nave foundations and column bases—accessed via the Puerta del Reloj amid the castle's vast interior space.

Strategically vital on the Castile-Aragón border, it complemented the nearby Torre de Aragón and reflected the site's evolution from Moorish origins through Christian repopulation.
