Torre Monreal is a historic watchtower in Tudela, Navarre, northern Spain, with origins tracing back to the 9th century as a Muslim-era defensive structure overlooking the city and Ebro River valley.

Rebuilt in 1883 during the Carlist Wars as an octagonal brick fortress complete with a surviving medieval cistern for rainwater collection, it originally featured multiple towers, curtain walls, and a chapel in its early layout. Today, the site functions as Navarre's first camera obscura offering panoramic city views, blending its military past with modern cultural tourism in the Ribera Navarra region.
