Torrecuadrada de los Valles is a small rural village in Guadalajara province, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, named after a 12th-century defensive tower on the Tajuña River that marked the frontier between Christian kingdoms and Al-Andalus during the Reconquista.

First serving as a modest watchtower akin to nearby atalayas for vigilance against Arab raids amid conflicts involving Alfonso VII and Alfonso el Batallador, it transitioned from military outpost to settled community within the Medinaceli's Villa y Tierra by the 14th century, later forming part of a señorío granted to Juana de la Cerda in 1512, who built a ruined late-Renaissance palace facade and elevated it to villa status with its own justice picota.

Today, remnants include tower wall ruins, Templar-marked stones in the relocated Ermita de la Virgen de las Cuevas above the La Tajera reservoir, and traditional architecture reflecting its pastoral history along ancient transhumance routes.
