Volfštejn is a medieval castle ruin located in the forests near Černošín in western Czechia.

Founded in the first half of the 13th century, it served as the seat of the Lords of Volfštejn and remained in their possession until they moved to the nearby Třebel Castle around 1460. The castle is considered one of the oldest in the Tachov region and is notable for preserving its original Romanesque-Gothic layout without major later alterations.

Its most striking feature is a tall circular stone tower, which still dominates the site today. After losing its strategic importance, the castle was abandoned and likely destroyed during regional conflicts around 1470. Today, the ruins are protected as a cultural monument and offer visitors a glimpse into medieval architecture amid a scenic woodland setting.
