Zámek Dobřejovice in the Czech Republic is a Baroque-style castle originally built as a medieval fortress around the 13th to 14th century. The fortress was transformed into a four-winged Baroque castle with a small courtyard by the late 17th century, with much of its current appearance dating from the 18th century.

The castle includes a chapel dedicated to the Holy Trinity, renowned for its 18th-century altar, pulpit, and statues. Although parts of the original fortress remain only as cellars and some ground-floor walls, the castle's structure retains vaulted spaces on the ground floor and flat-ceiling rooms upstairs. Surrounding the castle is a park, which has experienced some decline in recent years.

The castle is protected as a cultural monument and is situated in the center of Dobřejovice, serving as a significant historical landmark.
