Zámek Horní Beřkovice is a large Baroque château located in the village of Horní Beřkovice near Roudnice nad Labem in northern Czechia.

It stands on the site of an older medieval fortress and was built mainly between 1738 and 1756 by Count Adam František Hartig, with additional wings added later in the 18th century. The estate was owned over the centuries by several noble families, including the Lobkowicz, Hartig, Ledebour, and Desfours-Walderode families.

The château was surrounded by an English-style park and became one of the most important aristocratic residences in the region. In 1889, the property was purchased by the regional authorities and converted into a psychiatric institution. Today, the château complex remains a protected cultural monument and continues to house the Psychiatric Hospital of Horní Beřkovice, combining historical architecture with a long tradition of medical care.
