Zámek Hrubčice is a late Renaissance chateau constructed in the 16th century, later remodeled around 1700 with Baroque architectural elements.

It features a balustrade staircase leading from the park to the upper floor, where the main entrance was moved during the Baroque renovation. The estate was historically owned by the Olomouc chapter from the late 14th century, and the building was used by church officials and their deputies during the summer months.

In 1737, a chapel dedicated to St. Wenceslaus was established within the chateau, and at roughly the same time, a formal French-style garden with shaping parterres, a pavilion, and an orangery was created. Around 1834, the garden was transformed into a natural park featuring many exotic trees and shrubs, though only a few remain today.

The chateau and its grounds reflect the blend of Renaissance and Baroque architectural styles and the changing tastes in landscaping over the centuries, making it a notable monument in the Hrubčice area.​
