Zámek Jemnice is a historic château in the town of Jemnice in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

It originated as a royal stone castle founded in the early 13th century and was later rebuilt into a Renaissance château, then further modified in Baroque and Rococo-inspired styles by successive noble families. Over the centuries, the estate was owned by several prominent families, including the Daun, Stadion, and Pallavicini families.

In the 19th century, the Pallavicinis carried out extensive renovations that gave the complex much of its present appearance. After World War II, the property was confiscated and used by the military for several decades. Since 1994, the château has been owned by the town of Jemnice, which has been working to preserve and restore the historic complex.

Located near the town center and surrounded by a large park, Zámek Jemnice is an important cultural monument that reflects centuries of architectural and historical development in southern Moravia and the Vysočina region.
