Zámek Měcholupy is a baroque castle located in the village of Měcholupy in the Louny District of the Czech Republic, situated in the center of the village on the left bank of the Blšanka River.

The site originally housed a water fortress first mentioned in 1245, which was gradually rebuilt and expanded into a Renaissance castle in the second half of the 16th century, then barocally renovated in 1690s by Karel z Paaru who also added a chapel and English park. The castle was purchased in 1860 by Austrian brewer Anton Eugen Dreher Sr., whose family owned it until 1945 and added a second floor in the late 19th century used as a granary and hop storage.

The four-winged building surrounds a square courtyard and retains vaulted rooms from the 17th century on the ground floor, and since 1988 it has housed a logopedic (speech therapy) elementary school while remaining protected as a cultural monument since 1964.
