Zámek Omlenička stands in the village of Omlenička near Kaplice in South Bohemia, Czechia, originating as a Gothic fortress first documented around 1374-78 and rebuilt into a Renaissance chateau at the turn of the 16th-17th centuries.

In the early 18th century, particularly around 1722, it gained Baroque expansions including a connecting covered walkway to the adjacent Church of St. John Nepomucene or Our Lady of Sorrows, followed by repairs after a devastating fire in 1829.

Owned by the Vyšší Brod Cistercian monastery from 1778 until 1945, the three-winged structure with courtyard arcades fell into near ruin from neglect in the late 20th century, prompting recent efforts by the Omlenička Foundation since 2016 for its rescue and potential cultural reuse.
