Zámek Rataje Nad Sázavou in the Czech Republic is a historic site originally established as a Gothic castle in the 14th century, likely by Henry of Lipá.

Over centuries, it underwent significant transformations, being rebuilt into a Renaissance chateau in the 16th century and later receiving Baroque modifications around 1675 under the ownership of the Talmberk family.

The chateau, which stands on the site of the original medieval fortress, reflects a rich architectural history and today houses a museum exhibiting local history and regional artifacts. Located in the picturesque town of Rataje nad Sázavou on the Sázava River, the site is part of a protected urban monument zone characterized by its well-preserved medieval center and notable as the "town of two castles" alongside the Gothic Pirkštejn Castle nearby.

The castle's origins date back to the 10th century as a border fortress, its medieval form largely overwritten by later architectural updates, making it a significant cultural landmark in Central Bohemia.
