Zámek Semín is a small historic château in the village of Semín in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

Originally built as a Renaissance administrative and hunting lodge in the early 16th century for Vilém II of Pernštejn, it was later remodeled in the Baroque style and expanded with an adjoining brewery after 1691. The château is particularly notable as the birthplace of the renowned Czech architect Josef Gočár, whose father worked as the local brewer.

The brewery operated until 1926, after which the complex was used for storage and residential purposes. Today, the château and brewery complex are protected cultural monuments. Restoration work has been undertaken with plans to preserve its historical character while developing museum, hospitality, and cultural facilities that highlight both the brewing heritage of Semín and the legacy of Josef Gočár.
