Zámek Uherský Ostroh is a Renaissance château in the town of Uherský Ostroh in southeastern Czechia.

It began as a medieval fortress built in the second half of the 13th century to help defend the border and important trade routes, and was later transformed into an elegant Renaissance residence by the Lords of Kunovice in the 16th century. Over the centuries, the estate was owned by several prominent noble families, including the Šternberks, the Lords of Kunovice, and the Liechtensteins.

The château played an important role during the Hussite Wars and other regional conflicts before evolving into a grand aristocratic seat. Today, the château is one of the main landmarks of Uherský Ostroh and serves as a cultural center, housing the town hall, library, gallery, and visitor attractions. Visitors can explore its historic tower, arcaded courtyard, and atmospheric underground areas while learning about the history of the town and the surrounding Slovácko region.
