Zámek Veselí, located in Janovice nad Úhlavou in Czechia, was originally a fortified manor first mentioned in 1524.

It underwent a major transformation into a castle in the second half of the 19th century by Friedrich Stadion-Thannhausen, who rebuilt it on the foundations of the old fortress. The castle features a pseudogothic style and includes an octagonal three-story tower.

Over the centuries, it changed ownership several times, including families such as the Kolovrats, the Stadion-Thannhausens, and later owners of Jewish descent whose property was confiscated by the Nazis during World War II. After the war, the castle was nationalized and used by agricultural enterprises as offices and later as housing, leading to significant deterioration.

Since 2014, a civic association has been working to restore the castle and open it to the public for cultural and educational purposes, with ongoing rescue and renovation efforts. The castle remains privately owned, currently by a descendant connected to the original family, who supports conservation efforts.
