Zámek Ždánice
Ždánice, Czechia, Czech Republic (Czechia)
Zámek Ždánice is a historic castle in the town of Ždánice in South Moravia, Czechia.
It grew out of an older fortress and was rebuilt in the late 16th century into a Renaissance castle, later given Baroque changes, and today it is a protected cultural monument. The castle now houses the Vrbas Museum, which shows the history of the town, the castle, and the surrounding region. It is partly open to visitors, while other parts remain private, so it is best understood as both a heritage site and a local museum.
