Zřícenina hradu Najštejn is the remains of a small medieval castle located on a rocky promontory above the Jirkov Reservoir near Blatno in northwestern Czechia.

Originally known as Neustein, the castle was founded in the first half of the 14th century by the lords of Alamsdorf and served as a local noble residence. The castle was abandoned relatively early, probably by the late 14th century, and gradually fell into ruin.

Today, only earthworks, moats, traces of foundations, and a few stone remains survive, but the site is protected as a cultural monument. Although the ruins themselves are modest and somewhat difficult to reach, the location offers attractive views over the reservoir and surrounding Ore Mountain landscape. The site is mainly valued for its historical significance, natural setting, and peaceful atmosphere.
