Zřícenina Hradu Oltářík is a medieval castle ruin perched on Hrádek Hill in the České středohoří (Central Bohemian Highlands) near Podsedice and Třebívlice in northwestern Czechia.

The castle was built in the 1430s or 1440s by the Hussite commander Jakoubek of Vřesovice and served mainly as a military stronghold rather than a noble residence. The castle changed hands several times during the 15th century but was abandoned within about a century of its construction. The exact reason for its decline is unknown, and by the 16th century it had already fallen into ruin.

Today, visitors can explore the remains of walls, towers, and gate structures while enjoying spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding volcanic hills and valleys of the Central Bohemian Highlands. Thanks to its dramatic hilltop location and scenic outlooks, Oltářík is considered one of the most picturesque castle ruins in the region.
