Bankiput Sea Beach is a quiet, offbeat coastal stretch near Contai (Kanthi) in the Purba Medinipur district of West Bengal, India, about 160–170 km from Kolkata along the Bay of Bengal.

It is known as a pristine, relatively unexplored beach with wide, golden‑tinted sand bordered by dense casuarina forests, giving it a secluded, almost deserted feel compared with busier spots like Digha and Mandarmoni.
