Bihu Loukon is an ancient star-shaped mud fort located in the Maklang region of Imphal West district, Manipur, India. It is believed to have been constructed following the sacred drawing "Ibudhou Pakhangba gi Paphal," associated with Ibudhou Pakhangba, a supreme deity in Meitei religion.

The fort's walls are made of mud and are about 15 feet thick and 5 feet high, with each triangular arm measuring approximately 156 feet in length. Archaeologically, it was discovered recently, in early 2013, and the exact construction date remains uncertain. The fort likely served to defend the route toward Kangla Palace, the ancient capital of Manipur, and reflects the region's strategic and religious heritage. Bihu Loukon is situated amidst extensive paddy fields and stands as a unique example of indigenous fortification.
