Originally owned by the Arundell and later Trevanion families, it passed to the Williams family in 1855 and now serves as a family estate with over 140 acres of renowned woodland gardens famous for their National Magnolia Collection, rare camellias, rhododendrons, and champion trees that burst into spectacular spring color.
The estate also features a home farm, holiday cottages, wedding venues, and welcomes around 15,000 visitors annually for its historic charm and coastal beauty.
