Kenrokuen Garden is a celebrated traditional Japanese landscape garden located in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

Originally developed by the Maeda clan during the Edo period, it is regarded as one of Japan’s “Three Great Gardens.” The name Kenrokuen means “Garden of the Six Sublimities,” referring to the ideal qualities of a perfect garden: spaciousness, seclusion, artificiality, antiquity, abundant water, and broad views. The garden is known for its scenic ponds, winding paths, elegant bridges, seasonal flowers, and carefully maintained trees that create beautiful landscapes throughout the year.
