The Klaipėda University Botanical Garden (also known as Botanical Garden of Klaipeda University) is a botanical garden located in Klaipėda, Lithuania, established in 1993 in the valley of the Danė River on the territory of the former royal Tauralaukis park, which is closely related to Prussian history.

The garden occupies 9.3 hectares of land, about 3.5 kilometers from the Baltic Sea, and was granted the status of a dendrological park in 2002. It is a department of Klaipėda University with scientific, educational, and economic missions, founded to provide a scientific research base for the university's Biology, Ecology, and Recreation study programs after the university's establishment in 1991.

The garden features nearly 5,000 plant specimens (with earlier counts of 3,500–4,000 species, forms, and varieties) and approximately 40,000 individual plants, making it the only place in Western Lithuania where plants from almost all continents of the world can be seen in a small area. Five main collections are being created and enriched: Dendrological, Medicinal-Aromatic, Herbaceous Ornamental, Oriental Gardens, and Lithuanian Flora, with the dendrological section including coniferous and deciduous woody plants, a medicinal and aromatic plant section, and herbaceous ornamental plant exposition.
