Konkan Diva Fort, also spelled Kokan Diva or Kokandiva, is a hill fort on the border of Pune and Raigad districts in Maharashtra, located about 70 km from Pune and 35–40 km from Mahad, with Sandoshi in Raigad and Ghol/Garjaiwadi in Pune as its main base villages.

Standing at around 2,700 feet (roughly 820 meters) above sea level on the top of Kavlya Ghat, the fort was built mainly as a surveillance and watch post to monitor attacks on Raigad Fort and to control movement along the ghat routes through Ghol and Sandoshi, and unlike many Maratha forts, it has no recorded major historical battles or specific construction records.

The trek to Konkan Diva is considered hard due to steep, winding paths through dense karvi and other forest, with a particularly sharp cliff about halfway up where a small cave on the west side can accommodate 7–8 people, and nearby are several rock-cut water cisterns, one of which contains clean, drinkable water.

From the summit, the fort offers striking views of Raigad and its structures such as Bhavani Kada, Takmak Tok, and Nagarkhana, as well as Torna, Lingana, and the surrounding valleys of the ghat and Konkan region, making it a popular but challenging adventure trek for trekkers from Pune and Mumbai, best visited in winter and early summer when the weather is cool and the forest is less slippery.
