Matsusaka Castlesite Park, commonly known as Matsusaka Castle Ruins or Matsusaka Park, is the open public park built on the grounds of Matsusaka Castle in Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture, on the west coast of Ise Bay.

The castle was constructed in 1588 by Gamō Ujisato, who built a three‑storey keep and a terraced fortress on a wedge‑shaped hill facing east, and later during the Edo period it served as a secondary administrative center for the Kishū‑Tokugawa daimyō of Kishū Domain. Although the original tower and other buildings were destroyed long ago—reportedly by a typhoon and later by fire—much of the castle’s stone walls, terraces, gates, and earthworks have survived in good condition, and the site has been protected as a National Historic Site since 2011 and listed among the 100 Fine Castles of Japan in 2006.

Today the ruins are fully accessible as a park where visitors can walk among well‑preserved stone ramparts, climb to viewing points that offer panoramic views of the city and surrounding area, and enjoy seasonal flowers such as plum, cherry, wisteria, and ginkyo, while key modern facilities including the Matsusaka City Hall, city hospital, local history museum, and the Motoori Norinaga Memorial Hall are also situated within the former castle grounds.
