Nandoshi Fort is a relatively lesser-known historical fort located in the village of Nandoshi in Satara district, Maharashtra. It is classified as a "Gadhi," which refers to a small fort or fortified residence often used during the Maratha period.

The fort is believed to have served religious and administrative purposes, receiving land grants (inams) for upkeep and ceremonies, but detailed historical records are sparse. Architecturally, the fort has a roughly rectangular layout spread over about one and a half acres, with remnants of thick stone walls, bastions including circular and hexagonal watchtowers, entrance gates, and living quarters.

The structures are made of carefully fitted stones and bricks with defensive features like arrow slits and water drainage systems. The fort is partly in ruins, though many interior elements like old water cisterns, archways, and stone staircases remain visible. It is situated in a peaceful natural setting, accessible from nearby towns, and valued by locals as a quiet heritage site despite the limited documentation of its past events or strategic importance.
