Nikko Botanical Garden (Nikkō Shokubutsuen) is a botanical garden operated by the Graduate School of Science, University of Tokyo, located at 1842 Hanaishi in Nikkō City, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, on rolling terrain with streams and ponds at 647 meters (2,123 feet) above sea level, and was established in 1902 then moved to its present location in 1911.

The garden serves as an institute for research and education, specializing in enriching collections of temperate and alpine plants from Japan and adjacent regions for botanical research and education, and contains approximately 2,200 species including 130 species of pteridophytes, 70 species of gymnosperms, and 2,000 species of angiosperms, with special excellence in alpine plants, Japanese species, cherries, and rhododendrons.

Visitors can enjoy the garden's cherry blossoms in spring and spectacular fall foliage in autumn, with numerous labeled trails running through the park allowing exploration of rare plant species, forest paths, wetlands, and seasonal flowers in a peaceful environment.
