Owlpen is a tiny village and civil parish in the Stroud district of Gloucestershire, England, set in a secluded valley of the Cotswold hills just east of the village of Uley and west of Dursley.

The hamlet lies within the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by wooded hills that form a natural amphitheatre, with the valley opening to the west. A key feature of the village is Owlpen Manor, a Grade I‑listed late‑Tudor manor house of the Mander family, along with its early‑17th‑century terraced gardens, which have been open to the public since 1966 and are often used for weddings, events, and holiday stays.

The parish has a very small population, with only a handful of houses and holiday cottages, and its main activities include farming, forestry, and tourism centered on the manor and the surrounding countryside.
